Clinical Supervision

With over a decade of experience as a mental health clinician, manager, team leader, and clinical educator, I offer thoughtful, reflective supervision for allied health professionals seeking to grow their clinical confidence, deepen their practice, and sustain their wellbeing. I have provided supervision and mentoring to occupational therapists, social workers, and other allied health clinicians across a range of settings. My approach is grounded in reflective practice, trauma-informed care, and a systemic lens, creating a safe and collaborative space for clinicians to explore both the clinical and personal dimensions of their work.
Areas of Focus
Supervision sessions can support clinicians working with:
• Eating disorders
• Relational and attachment-based issues
• Grief and loss
• Anxiety and depression
• Sensory processing and modulation
In addition to clinical casework, sessions also focus on the wellbeing of the clinician — recognising that sustainable, ethical practice begins with self-awareness and self-care. Topics may include:
• Preventing and managing burnout and compassion fatigue
• Enhancing occupational balance and professional boundaries
• Navigating systemic challenges within teams and services
• Reflecting on professional identity, values, and growth
Why Supervision Matters
Supervision is more than a requirement — it’s a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your purpose as a practitioner. Whether you're early in your career or an experienced clinician, supervision with me offers a grounded, supportive environment to think deeply, feel resourced, and continue evolving in your work.
